RETURNS

We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products and that they arrive in pristine condition. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (tags and labels still attached, poly bag included).
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, showing that the item was purchased in our online store. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. All products returned should have a RMA number (Returns Merchandise Authorisation Number). Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

OUR CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY

Orders placed from 1st December onwards can be returned by 7th January.
All products should be returned new, unused and with all garment tags & labels still attached.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
Please note, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@anni-carlsson.com. 

SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items can be exchanged for an item of the same or greater value.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Contact office@anni-carlsson.com within 14 days of receiving your order and request a RMA Number (Returns Merchandise Authorisation Number).
Products should be returned within 14 days of receiving your RMA number; they should be carefully packed and returned in their original packaging to ensure a full refund or exchange.
All products must be returned via recorded delivery - returns sent in any other way may not be credited.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed - this may take up to 30 days.

FAULTY PRODUCTS
Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase.
Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty product please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
Where possible and in the first instance, we offer to repair faulty products.
